课程目标
本课程旨在培养学生成为餐饮以及相关产业的专家,并能够运用敏锐的观察力与项目设计方法,将市场与传播技巧紧密切合。
本课程的教学内容将餐饮与设计结合,能够将学生培养成餐饮行业的设计师。学生将能够掌握以下技能:
食品制造、分销和销售的设计程序,设计方法
从美学、传播以及展示的角度来进行餐饮体验设计
设计烹饪设施与就餐工具
制定产品的推广计划
本课程不仅适合具有设计、市场营销与传播的教育背景的学生,而且适合希望将自己的创意投入到日益繁盛,同时也是意大利支柱产业之一的餐饮行业的经理人和专家们。
课程概述
本课程的教学方式由课堂教学、设计工作室和研讨会组成。参加研讨会的包括餐饮和设计领域的领导人物参加,另外还有众多企业家、建造师、出版商和大厨们。学校还将带领学生参观餐饮公司和餐厅,以及出席重要的烹饪盛会和活动。课程结束时,学生可以在一家餐饮公司进行3个月的实习。
